(hereafter, also “the Company” or “B&B”) will be subject to processing in compliance with existing regulations regarding personal data protection.
1. Processing Purposes
The personal data provided by you to B&B may be used for the following purposes:

to fulfil requests for information made by you;

to allow for and manage your registration on the Website, along with the performance of activities reserved to you by virtue of your registration on the Website;
Personal data processing for the purposes identified above does not require your consent in accordance with Article 24, Paragraph 1 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
The personal data provided by you to B&B may also be used for the following purposes:

to send information and promotional communications, also of a commercial nature, newsletters, advertising material and/or offers of products and services by way of post, Internet, telephone, e-mail, MMS, SMS from Italy or abroad (also from non-EU countries) by B&B’s parent, subsidiary and/or associated companies, along with entities linked contractually to B&B (therein including any B&B distributors);
Personal data processing for the purposes identified above requires your consent in accordance with Article 23 and 130 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
2. Processing Procedures
The processing of your personal data will be performed using appropriate paper, electronic and/or computer tools (therein including electronic and/or computer procedures on the Microsoft SQL Server Database) with logic strictly related to the purposes set out above and, in any case, so as to ensure the data is kept secure and confidential.

3. Provision of data and consequences of any refusal
With reference to the purposes set out at point 1 letters (a) and (b), the provision of your personal data is necessary. Any refusal by you and/or provision of inaccurate and/or incomplete data may:

prevent us from fulfilling your requests for information;

prevent you from registering on the Website.
With reference to the further purposes set out at point 1 letters (c), (d) and (e) the provision of your personal data is optional. However, any refusal by you and/or provision of inaccurate and/or incomplete data may:

prevent the development of profiles, the analysis of your preferences and the completion of studies and statistical and/or market research;

prevent the performance of marketing activities.
4. Communication of data and its transfer abroad
The personal data processing officers and managers – internal and/or external – appointed by the Company may come to know of your personal data.
Your personal data may be communicated to any individuals or entities that provide to the Company performances or services instrumental to the purposes identified at point 1 above (such as, merely by way of example, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, partners of B&B or other individuals and/or entities, including agents linked contractually to B&B) who perform on behalf of B&B:

the management and/or maintenance of internet websites and electronic and/or computer tools used by B&B;
(II)
the management of registrations to the Website;
(III)
the development of studies and statistical and/or market research,

the sending of information and promotional communications, also of a commercial nature, newsletters, advertising material and/or offers of goods and services by the methods identified at point 1 letter (d) above; these entities cover the role of processing manager.

Personal data provided by you may be transferred abroad, within the European Union, in compliance with and within the limits set out in Art. 42 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
The personal data may be transferred abroad to countries not belonging to the European Union to the extent and within the limits set out by Articles 43 and 44 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
5. Dissemination of data
Your personal data will not be subject to dissemination.
6. Rights of the Interested Party
In relation to the aforementioned processing, you may exercise the rights set out by Art. 7 of the Italian Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196 which, for your convenience, we set out in full at the bottom of the information notice.
7. Processing Controller and Manager
The Processing Controller is B&B Italia S.p.A., with registered office in Milan, Via Durini 14. The Processing Manager on behalf of the Company is Paola Centemero. Rights of access to personal data and other rights
1. The interested party is entitled to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data relating to him/her, even if not yet recorded, and its communication in intelligible form.
2. The interested party is entitled to obtain an indication of the:
A.
origin of the personal data;
B.
processing purposes and procedures;
C.
logic applied in the case of processing performed with the use of electronic tools;
D.
identification details of the controller, managers and appointed representative in accordance with Article 5, Paragraph 2;
E.
individuals or categories of individuals to whom the personal data may be communicated and who may come to know of it in the capacity of appointed representative in the State territory, managers or officers.
3. The interested party is entitled to obtain:
A.
the update, rectification or, where appropriate, addition to the data;
B.
the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or block on data processed in breach of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
C.
confirmation that the operations set out in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data has been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where that fulfilment is impossible or involves the use of manifestly disproportionate means compared to the protected right.
4. The interested party is entitled to object, in whole or in part:
A.
for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data relating to him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of its collection;
A.
to the processing of personal data relating to him/her for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales material or for the completion of market research or commercial communications.
